I want him demoted because he won't do his job and everyone was breaking rules like GP owned almost all the doors in snowdin and he said "deal with it" when I asked him why

We resolved about GP owning all the doors but still afk.

Hes back but STILL he cant just be afk for 2 hours, he said he was in VR which I don't understand why you are on the server if you are not playing, building up hours?

This makes no sense. He's AFK. This isn't a paid job. Being AFK is about the same as being off the server. Either way, you are not there or you are there but you are busy. We don't punish people for being AFK just as we don't punish people for being offline for hours or days. The staff can help when they have time to. We don't have mandatory quotas either. It's a volunteer role that you fulfill when you have the time to. As long as members of the staff don't abuse the powers of their rank or regularly violate server rules, we aren't going to demote them for having a life outside the server. This is a game server. It's something everyone here plays in their free-time, it's not military service.
